What is your MOQ/MOA?
- The MOQ is usually 1–4 pcs per SKU. For some very small products, the MOQ may be slightly higher to meet minimum packaging requirements.
- The MOQ for the first order is $800 (FOB value, excluding shipping, duties, and import costs).
- For repeat orders, the MOA is $500. However, we strongly recommend ordering at least 2 medium boxes (40x60x30cm) to reach the minimum shipping volume and secure better freight rates.
Policy for interior design / studio
We offer a commission program for project purchases by professional buyers such as architects, interior designers, and home stylists. The commission depends on the order volume and value. Please contact us at mai@srepokk.com to discuss case by case.
Can I buy a sample to test product first?
Yes. You can purchase samples by paying the sample fee + delivery cost.
The sample fee will be deducted once you place a wholesale order, as long as it meets the MOQ/MOA above.
Note: This policy does not apply for made to order line
The average production lead time?
- In-stock items: about 5 days after payment. Shipping time will depend on the service you choose (usually a few weeks).
- Out-of-stock or made-to-order items: 3–8 weeks.
Do you offer customization?
Yes, we can customize based on our existing designs, by adjusting product structure, size, or finish. Email mai@srepokk.com to discuss further.
Can you ship door to door (under DDU term)?
Yes. If you have no import experience, we can handle the export–import process on your behalf, except for paying import duty and VAT (if applicable) since those are decided by your local customs.
What shipping options do you offer?
We provide 2 main options:
- Air freight: 7–20 days. Recommended for samples, trial orders, or small wholesale shipments under 1 CBM (max. 10 medium boxes 40x40x60cm).
- Sea freight: 50–60 days. Suitable for larger bulk orders (a few CBM or more) to keep shipping costs reasonable.
Do your lamps have CE or UL certification?
Most of our lamps are designed with separate main parts and electrical components. The electrical parts (wire, socket, bulb, etc.) are CE/UL certified.
- You may purchase lamps with or without electrical components from us.
- If you require a finished lamp with CE or UL mark on the outer packaging, this is not available at the moment.
